Wedding-Rikki & Jordan
My apologies for being MIA with blogging for the past month and half. For those who do not know I am still doing weddings BUT I am also working as a full time photographer for the marketing department at Liberty University. Admits the job and weddings I am also, according to my degree completion plan, 22% done with masters. So that my friends is why I am a bit behind the game with editing, blogging, and posting. But don't worry there will be lots of blog posts coming your way shortly.
Now lets talk about Rikki and Jordan's wedding. For starters I just want to say how incredible it is to meet a complete stranger, capture her engagement photos, work through wedding details, and photograph their wedding day all while becoming friends with that person. I met Jordan through her mom (who was our realtor when we bought our house over two years ago). It was a complete random story where we picked up a pie from her mom and found out her daughter, Jordan, had just gotten engaged. Jordan has been incredible through the whole wedding and engagement session process. The engagement session almost didn't happen due to misguided GPS, but to this day it is one of my favorite engagement sessions, and then she began wedding planning. Jordan is beautiful inside and out which really shined through when wedding date had to be changed multiple times and other bumps came up along the road. In the end they ended up getting married at Bella Rose with a Tuscany theme, lots of greenery, a dress fit for a princess, and a very loving groom at the end of the isle. It was what they call "picture perfect:". I am so excited to share these images with you.
